Clarke Wilson was formed as a Partnership in 1984 with the aim to provide a professional independent surveying and valuation service. The business has been based in South East London and has enlarged over the years, whilst still retaining an approachable yet professional ethos.

The Senior staff are all fully qualified Fellows of the Royal nstitution of Chartered Surveyors, with many years of experience of the property industry.
Our staff have wide experience of all property types in London and South East England together with
specialized experience of International commercial valuations.

Formerly a partnership, we have now established a limited company, CW Surveyors Ltd to run the business and allow further expansion.

Our client base is wide and includes private individuals, corporate banks and financial institutions, companies, solicitors and their clients. We carry out valuations of commercial and residential property from £50,000 to up to £10,000,000.
