The posts are concerned with commercial and residential valuations, for mortgage and loan purposes, together with Homebuyers Reports and Building Surveys for residential purchasers. Other work the company carries out includes Leasehold Reform Act matters, planning, expert witness valuations.

The posts can be tailored to concentrating on either the commercial or residential markets, depending on the experience and knowledge of the surveyor.
