The focus of Clarke Wilson Surveying is to provide professional surveying and valuation advice, with the emphasis on service to clients. We pride ourselves on our depth of knowledge and independence. The business was established in 1984 in South East London and serves commercial and residential clients.

Our Directors are Fellows of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) each with over 25 years experience in surveying and valuation.

Our staff are fully qualified and experienced. We hold professional indemnity insurance, as required by the RICS.

The firm is Regulated by the RICS.

Our office is based in South East London, and this provides a useful base to cover all of London and South East England. We carry out instructions on properties primarily in London and SE England, but can provide commercial valuations throughout the UK.

Our client base includes companies, individuals, major banks and Building Societies for commercial and residential valuations, and solicitors acting for their clients. We are members of the valuation panels for a number of major lenders for residential and commercial valuations.

All reports are clear and objective, and fully comply with RICS best practice. Maps, photographs and site plans are included where required. Reports can be provided in various formats and can be faxed or emailed if required. Instructions are confirmed in writing.
