Is the Property you are thinking of buying residential, ie a house or a flat, or is it commercial (Commercial property can include shops with residential flats above, offices and other types of property)?

  • Commercial - Building Survey [3]

Is the Property a house, purpose built or converted flat or apartment?

  • House - Choose Building Survey [4] or HomeBuyers [5]
  • Flat, either purpose built or converted - Choose HomeBuyers [6]

Is the Property a house over approximately 120 years old?

  • Yes, it is over 120 years old - Choose Building Survey [7]
  • No, it is under 120 years old - Choose Building Survey [8] or HomeBuyers [9]

Are you thinking of making extensive alterations to the property? Eg extending or providing a loft extension.

  • Yes - Choose Building Survey [10]
  • No - Choose HomeBuyers [11]

Do you require a valuation as well as a mortgage valuation?

  • Yes - Choose HomeBuyers [12] or request a valuation with a Building Survey [13]

Do you want a concise report focusing on urgent and significant matters and defects?
